Just in case you're still thinking of doing this... I reckon since lower winds are generally a lot less gusty you want to go a C for your bigger and hybrid for the smaller. Reason I say that is if you ride a 10.5 hybrid stacked it won't slack to save your life. 13m C is my go to for 15-20. You can be absolutely cooked and it will still slack. If you get over cooked on an 8 you can just do loops and generally hybrids are quite good for that. Good example when I was talking to Sam L about the new Fuels, he was telling me that he rides the bridle on the 7 and 9 and goes straight 4 line on the 11 and 13m.
P.S. My advice is to always have the same kites. I'd just pick what C you're going to get and then get 2 sizes of it. Having two different models just messes with your timing.
