if that doesn't work try contacting the distributors of challenge cloth in australia. They may be able to tell u where in perth u can get some.

Dude, If you cant source local then look up Dimension Polyant, they are one of the main sailcloth distributors/ Manufacturers, they are in Sydney but they must distribute on the west.
They also supply double sides tapes " kika sili tape (its Japanese)" which are excellent for small repairs and for tacking prior to stiching if thats the way your headed. It really sticks well and I dont even bother with stiching on my foil. Comes in different widths.
I rang them they were very helpful, they just charged my Visa and then posted it to me, no problems.
