Hey guys,
i want to buy a kite but since I only have resources to get one then what size should I
get? The wind strength in Perth seems to be ok for 9 or 10 m kite...

Before Eppo can answer this question, he needs to know your weight, type of kiting you wish to do, type and size of board, board shorts over wetsuit or not and what you had for breakfast!!

And for a proper answer apart from the breakfast that info is essential , look at the buy and sell for proof

Ok come to think of it what I really want to know what size kite would get the most use
in perth weather conditions for a 75kg person.. I don't go out with storms so I dont think I need a 7 or smaller. But today on city beach I would have gone with 9 or 10...and everybody was out with 6,7,8...is the wind stronger out in the sea or something?

What size and type of board are you on, how long have you been riding and what is your star sign while you are it.
