Does anyone can tell me where can i find a qualified instructor for kite surfing in Altona in Melbouren? I have no experience at all but i really want to learn ....Is it hard to start and how much roughly i have to spend on gears for beginner? Thanks guys

Do a search for Tony Lorenz username Ral Inn, send him a message, he might teach there too?
If you have not spent a lot of time flying kites, then get a trainer kite and spend 20 to 40 hrs actually flying it so that when you get lessons, you will be getting a lesson on how to kitesurf, not how to fly a kite.
Budget on spending between $1500 and $2300 for good gear.
