The Dakine 195 cm bag is good and will fit 3 kite/surf boards or 2 boards and a couple of kites. Best if you can fit the boards into a "sports" /golf style gear bag as they will charge you extra for a surfboard bag even if it is just 5 kg.

The main problem with big bags is the airlines limit you to 32 kg max weight, which is less than the bag can carry. So you might be on a two bag strategy in any case. My advice is to look at the Dakine for the surfboards (if they fit) and a light weight suitcase for the kites / water gear.

I've travelled with my Dakine Club Wagon and its big enough for my luggage and kite equipment. I don't think you would get a couple of surfboards in there though (190cm = 6'2"). If you aren't taking a twintip put a flat board/wood in the bottom to make it rollable. The bag has no structure so without a wood board its like dragging a body bag around and it would additionally protect your surfboards.
These are super durable bags, I've been to Egypt and brought here to Aus from Blackpool/UK via London underground without any issues. Apart from the funny looks and the escalators
