I've travelled with my Dakine Club Wagon and its big enough for my luggage and kite equipment. I don't think you would get a couple of surfboards in there though (190cm = 6'2"). If you aren't taking a twintip put a flat board/wood in the bottom to make it rollable. The bag has no structure so without a wood board its like dragging a body bag around and it would additionally protect your surfboards.
These are super durable bags, I've been to Egypt and brought here to Aus from Blackpool/UK via London underground without any issues. Apart from the funny looks and the escalators
