i have 5kg of epoxy and hardener some corecell 3 blanks 10mm , 100's of blind 6mm threaded inserts and some other bits and pieces, all you will ever need to make kiteboards . also stuff to make fins . if you are making boards email me for more details on what i have , i am in w.a

Being thinking about this for a while... how do you shape Corecell?

Corecell is just hard foam. Shape it with sandpaper and a block.
