I just arrived in Perth and i would like to know the kitespots in and around Perth. Which spot/wind direction. Is the wind good next days?

Im new to the sport to and have had a look in FAQ for what spots work in what wind but it doesnt really have much on places to go to in the river I would also like to Know what rules apply in different areas
