anyone have any goooood spots to kite in asia around new years? heading to phuket for a few weeks, might do some side trips... either that or hit the snow in japan

WEATHER CONDITIONS FOR PHUKET.
There are 2 seasons in Phuket:
1. The dry season.
From November to May. Phuket experiences north east trade winds during this period,the best time for this wind is in January and February.
2.The wet season.
From May to November.June July and August have the best wind,the low season wind seems to be getting increasingly better possibly due to global warming.
June,July and August are relatively dry months with occasional short rainshowers,the rainiest months are September and October,May can be quite rainy too.
