Has it been done before? Thinking tennis ball and nets.. maybe a hot potato rule so tackling isn't a big issue.. discuss!

Kite kirate, would be heaps more fun , think of some of the moves you could pull off, it'd be a wicked way of settling any arguments on these forums , arm each kiter with a weapon of choice, and let the carnage commence, **** id pay to watch that

A while back a few of the guys from Newcastle found a basket ball floating on the lake, and a game was born, kinda free for all brandings.
Yes there was carnage.
Yes a basket ball was hard to handle
Yes it is better to be on a twin tip over a strapless surf board.
Biggest yes goes to, yes it was fun

Kite jousting. Armour would need to be stainless steel so it wouldn't rust

We tried the same with tennis balls that we would find around the bay.

Fun - yes
Chance to hit - low
Pain if you did get a decent hit - high

Actually now that I think about it more kite carnage resulted from the thrower trying to get close to the target than people being hit

i reckon a pool noodle wound be a great jousting stick. it would be a good strapless game, knock em off, extra points if you ride off with their board
