The waves and conditions are usually so perfect Chronic forget the kite.
However they do get lows and the wind can blow from the North strong for days, but usually August Sept I think.
But good luck trying to get the skipper to take you to the onshore spots.
Perfect waves are for surfing Chronic, the rest are for kiting.

One of the things that makes that region so nice surf wise is the usual lack of wind.
