On the northern beaches of Sydney at least ,Home and away used to have regular shots (and references To) of kitesurfers during beach shots but for the last 5 years of La Nina (and lousy wind)there hasn.t been any . I remember a great event at Palmy years ago but nothing since (does anyone know what the fate of the ruby chracter is . The character seems doomed).apparently the cuurent doomed marina theme was originally mooted as a kitesurf resort but they had a change of heart.Yhe diner and the surf club had photos of kitesurfers doing massive big airs,board offs and gayleys but they seem to have been taken down.

And surfing still endures

has gone down hill since that cute blonde chick on the rally
had to be rescued off a building on that police, cops rescue

Blue Water High - my daughter and I were addicted to it. One of the students was a champion kitesurfer in Chermany (sic). There was an episode where they filmed down at the mambo

Was that where the dog went and retrieved the board? Just channelsurfing one day and I saw something like that.
