sydney region today - no electricity around so it is safe to kite yeah? anyone go out ?

Hi Windang,
At Dolls Pt in Botany Bay there were about 12 of us kiting today. NE wind 15-20knts. Stopped around 3.30pm when a rain squall came in and killed the wind. No really dark clouds. However I feel that it can be a bit dodgy in cloudy conditions. I've seen it pick up to 35knts from 15knts in a squall. Lasted about 15 minutes
