1) where are you sposed to kite - are you still allowed to kite off the point to Eddy's? 2) are there by-laws setting out restricted areas, or is it simply an understanding?
you can kite any where.all you are not allowed to do is land or launch your kite between the bollards.you may pump up on the grass(no lines attatched).you may walk up and down the beach with your kite in the air(keep it high).no laws on the ocean regarding where and where not to kite.werner thinks he owns the ocean.and you can see how many friends that got him..
