Check out the events section - there is a fantastic opportunity for anyone wanting to learn to how ride sliders and hit kickers. On the Aussie Day long weekend at Woodmans Point, WA, we will be running a 5 day clinic for all riders wanting to learn the art of sliding and hitting kickers.

We will have a jet ski for your initial hits so you only have to focus on getting over the rail then as you progress, you will learn the appropriate kite skills. We will also have a number of boards and the like for your use, so you don't have to worry about scratching your board!

There is going to be a number of rails in the water and normally events like the Rail Jam format are invite only, but we see the huge advantage in teaching new riders so the progression of rail riding continues in our sport.

It is going to be all time, in the morning before the wind is up, elite wakeboarders are running a rail comp, should see some amazing tech stuff. Then as the wind comes in some of the best kiters in the world are going to go at it. The clinic riders will get amazing opportunities to ride alongside the world’s best and even get some tips from these guys over the 5 days!

Cheers Chris Wardell

Looks like there is rail riding action happening on the East Coast over the Aussie Day Long weekend as well as in the West. This is awesome for our sport. Any riders in the Brissy area who want to learn to hit Sliders and Kickers, check out the Liquid Force (LF) Clinic being presented by Tony Prest a solid wakestyle rider with steez to pleez and the rest of the LF SurfConnect Crew!

For those riders over in the West the Core Rail Jam is going to blow up! 5 days of incredible PARK action....wakeboard Rail comp, Core Online Kiteboard Rail Jam and the Slingshot/Mystic art of Rails clinic plus plus...

For more info on either of these Rail sessions check out the event section now!

Yeah I heard that too! He was asked by the Core crew to show up and cause absolute chaos!

So for those riders in WA who have not met or been run into by Uncle Sid then they are in for a treat!

Hey guys, just a huge reminder that there is only three days left to get yourself booked in for the slider clinic.

This is especially important if you are planning to pay by credit card. If you are wanting to do this please call Lauren at Slingshot Monday. She can take the booking and sort out payment easy as!

The number is 0249 477644. You can book in for the 5 days or do any number of days, obviously you will progress further by receiving 5 full days of tuition!

Again any question please either PM [email protected] or call me direct on 0422 4304301

Absolutely looking forward to this event, it is going to be all time for our sport in the way of progression, style and technical ability! Bring it on!
