i think we need to start looking more towards the evolution of the sport and where its really heading, pkra kids are really starting to push the sport combining loops with passes and even double passes performed all while in the air making it something exiting and new, not just a wakeboarding copy.
kids like aaron hadlow are legit and really pushing the sport.

i thought kiting was a lifestyle choice.
it's fun, it's challenging, it's wet and wild.

p.s. god is a figment of this forum.

Heres my perspective on Kiting

Some people like doing wierdarsed tricks, some don't
Some people like riding waves, some don't
Some people like jumping so high they come down with nosbleed, some don't.
Some people like speed sailing, some don't
Some people like Bow kites, some don't
Some people like Directional boards, some don't
Some people like me, a lot don't

Have you noticed a patern yet?

The sport has so many different aspects that you can't easily define it.

As long as you have

A Kite
A Board

What you do with it is up to you, as long as it floats your boat, it's all legit.

Any other way of looking at the sport is tunnel vision.

Hope this answers your question

All this talk about the pkra guys having their kites too high...load of ****. Most of them are doing KL-HP...how much more power and how much lower do you want?
Ruben lenton pulling them off in 25 knots at woodies...that is legit.
Poor relli doing a 5 foot face plant tweaked...legit too.
Get over it.

It all depends on how you want to be perceived.

If you want to wear a dress, wear a dress.

If you want to want to wear a dress but your'e too scared what other people will think, have a good hard look at yourself.

That's very profound... worrying, but still very profound.

here before (yo!) i ain't no beginner (word) but i been new
tried and true survival of the fittest yo!..it brought me through
my crew (talk) we're ready to strike trained for the mission

you remind me of a real short story one hit record and you
star to bore me get ready cause this is it your crew is
through and we too legit to quit...sang!...

Too legit... Too legit to quit...Too legit... Too legit to quit
Too legit... Too legit to quit...Too legit... Too legit to quit

I'm quite sure that would not even help me, having seen that... that... that sordid picture.

I once heard of a guy that shaved his beagles arse and taught it to walk backward and passed it off as his ex at parties... if we shaved you and taught you to walk forward, perhaps we could pass you off as a very clever beagle.

OK... OK... maybe you're not that bad.
But that photo is!
NO! You can't see any photo's of me!

A thick beagle is a bit optimistic let alone a clever one
