Probably a silly question but...
just found that one of my front lines is aprox 5 cm longer than the other. Could feel that the kite was drifting to one side, so I did some troubleshooting.
I was just going to unpick the stitching on the pigtail, then pull through the line to make both front lines the same length, and then get my lovely wife (obviously reading over my shoulder) to sew the pigtail back together on her sewing machine.
I think this should fix the problem.
Just wondering if anyone has come across this problem b4 or has any other fixes/suggestions b4 i stuff something up.
cheers

perhaps it just stretched from being under more stress than the other line from the predominant direction your travelling in most, although you would expect a little stretching from both lines Fatt?...Roo

It's not uncommon for one line to stretch more than the other, most companies prstretch the lines before sleeving unfortunately sometimes the uneven line situation still occurs. The idea you have will definitely fix the problem of course then you will have two reajust the other two to get back to the correct setting. Another way is to simply shorten or lengthen the pigtail on the kite. This way you only have to make one adjustment.

tie all four lines to a pole or something solid, then lean back on the bar or put the other sides of the line on a loose pole and lean back on it until u stretch the other lines evenly.
