i'm searching high and low for a particular footstrap. it is a 'stick-on' style strap something like a surfboard grip. it is called 'the strap' and was advertised in 'kiteboarder mag' a few months ago. these wld be great to stick on a surfboard without drilling holes in the board! i cant find anyone who can sell me a couple of these in sydney! anyone heard of em and can u tell me where to get em! cheers!

Sounds like a good idea, would like to put some on my old surfboard for lighter wind days. They must use a stronger glue than deck grip on surfboards, that stuff wouldnt hold a consistant upward pressure i wouldnt think. If its on the market someone must know about it.Briskites maybe??

wasn't it a slingy thing? You could be in the strap for riding out, and then it would flatten into the pad for riding unstrapped.

they sound like exactly what i have been looking for also! if you end up finding them nads please put a post on with the details.

Has anyone used any other type of footstraps on surfboards that they are happy to recommend? I don't mind drilling holes but i would like to be able to pull them off so i can still paddle and surf it. save me taking multiple boards on holidays. Cheers!!
