Having made the move to the east coast, need to stock up on wetties for me and my girlfriend! Can anyone recommend anywhere in Melbourne to get a decent priced basic wetsuit?
cheeeeers!

go to torquay, near geelong.
there are a lot of seconds stores. they sell just about every brand cheap, i got an oneil wetsuit of a little over a quater of the retail price.
on the main street there are lots of big brand stores, go up one of the side streets (behind the rip curl store).

hope this helps.

Thanks lots!

Another good place for cheap wetties is at DFO (Direct Factory outlets) at Essendon Airport. There is a Rip Curl and Quiksilver outlet store with cheap springers and steamers.

Correct - there is also a DFO at cheltenham where I got a $600 Quicksilver full winter steamer for $300.

They of course don't carry a full range - but just slow moving and second stock..

Good luck
