Unfortunately, the website is not updated very often. Locations are pretty much current.

generally you can kite anywere you see others kiting. just speak to other kiters on the beach. most are pretty cool., just a few spots higher past stkilda in the bay its banned.

what about opening a school
that sounds prity hard to do there do you think?

I think if you wanted to open a school, e-mailing KBV or AKSA would be the best bet.
