Sucks to hear that. I've lost two boards to Dolls. Check with Water Police and leave your details with Kitepower in case someone hands it in.

Another person lost a board there today as well. When the tide is running in/out boards disappear bloody fast.

Yesterday I was right down the southern end of Dolls and was body dragging back to my board that was about 5 meters up wind of me, suddenly lost sight of it and then looked around and saw I hadn't been able to drag back up wind as the current was carrying me down wind so fast. Called out to another kiter to see if he could see my board. He picked it up for me....another 10 metres further downwind of me! It went that far in two short tacks of dragging.

Can't remember the last time I had a lucky day.
