I noticed about 4000 in the used gear section? I've never seen so many of the same board up for sale...

I tried one around 2 years ago.
first impression was, what a piece of crap. Didn't edge well or handle the chop was as stiff as a chopping board.

Then i got to try one again last year and my opinion really changed on it. Biggest piece of puss board on the market. If i had one it would be in the buy and sell for $5 and that would be asking to much.

We built them many years ago, don't do them any more. I think they got a large shipment in from Thailand?

thanks for the heads up mate. I think I'll stay away from this board then, with so many great boards out there. I did think it was weird that apart from their own website I couldn't find any info at all online.

Well around 8 weeks at ago at AKS we had a tempo delaminate after Charl DV did a board off. And an FR delaminate also. Plus there was 1 other. All in the space of a few weeks of getting the boards. Plus loads of footstrap clips snap.

Not saying anything bad about Cardboards, just thought they might have had some issues with the adhesive or the clips.

Hi Guys,

We did have a minor de-lam issue early this season when we started to use a different method of treatment to our ABS side walls, long story short, we fixed this long ago if any one has any de-lam issues the boards are replaced immediately...

Cheers,
Dan

Thanks for clearing it up.. My question didn't have any ulterior motives at all.. Was a simple question which got a direct simple answer. Thanks Dan. Seems some lame Seabreezers are too politically correct and and read into things because they sit behind a computer way too much.

questions like that usually draw out the forum trolls until Laurie shuts it down.

Personally I would have contacted Dan with a private message.

Maybe I'm too polite but some seabreeze posters like to stick the knife in.

Politically correct or just good manners?
