So according to this handy chart info that Oceanfire posted:
www.seabreeze.com.au/forums/Kitesurfing/General/Kite-sizerider-weightwind-chart/it appears that minimum weight to start kiting is 43 kg.
Is there any option for anyone lighter than that to get into kiteboarding? (i.e. low 30'ies)
My son just tried wakeboarding at a summer camp and loved it... apparently was able to get up from the second go etc... I don't wanna push him into kiteboarding, because so far anything I tried to push him into, didn't really work out

... but i reckon he's ready to start learning kite flying... (just waiting for him to initiate it) suppose he gets excited about it, but what then? He's gotta wait another couple years to have sufficient body weight to qualify for the smallest inflatables.... So i'm curious if any of you fellas have gone through similar dilemma...
