ok so *IF* (edit-for-waveslave-level-IQ) im riding along heel side on a starboard tack kite at around 45-60 degrees...

i pop and throw my forward shoulder down and feet upwards and into a front roll/flip

as i invert i start a spin to my right letting go of the bar with my front hand and tucking the bar to my left hip with my left hand

as i spin through 180 i pass left hand to right hand

and complete the spin and roll to land heelside

wtf is that :)

yeah the whiners can go eat me... it was actually a serious post trying to find out WHAT the move was

i aint pulling the move, but im crashing plenty trying... half the prob is getting my head around wtf im actually doing

ive a series pic with "slim" stamped on it that im pretty sure is reversed, its on a port tack though so was kinda confused

so for more or less the same motion, simply changing the spin (or passing front to back or back to front) puts it as a slim chance or front mobe

thx :)

Ben was spot-on when he identified the move as talked-up forum-surfing.
Jan fully 'claims' the move in his initial post but further down the page,
he backs off and admits he's never done a slimchance. LOL

No tall poppy here to cut down,
only a stink weed to root out.

I'm on your side Jan and thanks for articulating this move.....it is all too fast and complicated for me at the moment, but this sort of excercise is useful for those that want to continue learning.....the sport is so humbling. Hope you haven't stopped learning Slave?
