"Okay, here it is. This video contains the original footage of Neil Hutchinson falling over 100 feet which I believe is a kite height world record. We had been towing him into the air with a jetski when his shackle snapped. He lost his kite and plummeted towards what should have been a watery grave. The entire bay is shallow except for the one spot he landed. He survived with minor injuries. Filmed in Islamorada, Florida."
