i am starting kite boarding and am thinking of buying a complete 2nd hand setup.
03 13m slingshot fuel kite
extreme board (not sure of specs yet)
bar, line and harness.
for $700
price is a very big issue which it why i want this set up.
could someone tell me if it would be worth purchasing this gear?

Hey Cliffor123,
I think the Fuel maybe a little to quick for you to learn on as compared to a more learner oriented kite, but hey it sounds cheap!
I would try and grab an experienced kiter to go with you and give it a good once over to check it's condition, there are lots of things to look for once you know what you are looking at.
But, if it is good nick and the board is OK, it soulds like decent deal.
