dude you need to go to www.gumtree.com.au and select perth there is heaps of short term share rooms available there. for a cheap car the quokka is good is issued every thursday you can get it from any news agency. easterly winds are good if its e to ne then you want to head to piont walter if its se then woodies is do able but scetchy and a little gusty. check out www.waksa.org.au they list all the spots to kite in perth and give recommendations on what places to go with the current wind
