gonna buy a new kite in the next fortnight currently riding torch 3 10m 2007 {i learnt on}
want one for winter weigh 75kg 7m? 8m? also after my chick has a few lessons in sept i want her to be able to use it
i ve only ridden 5 line kite should i stick to these? i will mainly ride in the ocean in small waves

Thats a pretty good kite you have already mate! Its the only kite that Naish didn't remove from their list when they changed to the Sigma shape, although it is supposed to be more of a freestyle than a freeride/wave kite. They also kept it pretty much the same for 2008.

If you are looking for more of an all round kite and want to stick with Naish then maybe you should go for the Cult/Helix. Depends on your budget, and Naish kites are a bit pricier than others.

its a great kite im not replacing it just getting more wind range bu have no idea where to start

Well, one school of thought is to keep all the kites in your quiver the same, so that you don't have to adjust between different kites. So you could go for a 7m or 8m Torch. Also, then all your bits and pieces are interchangeable between kites, or you can save money by buying the kite by itself and using your existing bar. Though I couldn't be sure if Naish use a shorter bar on their 7 or 8m kites than on the 10m kites.
