i think it looks really interesting, a little like crossbow without bridles.

By the look of it, it has 8 lines coming off the kite which join in pairs (so 4 attachment points for your lines) On each side of the kite there are 4 lines coming off, the middle 2 lines cross over eachother and have some sort of join thingy there which is probably to aid kite turning speed and power/depower. Also looks like you can fine tune the kite by moving the front middle line on the bridle to a different attachment point on the kite itself.
Looks like a very simple and easy system. Cant wait
