Where is a good spot in and around melbourne in a north/east

To my knowedge, and that's very limited. Pt Henry near Geelong and Rosebud/Rye work in anything with north in it.Also Portarlington and the area North of Werribee South beach.
A few kiters get out at Brighton I believe in Northerly's, not sure if it's straight northerly's or what.
Someone with more experiance may chime in?
