Driving back from Woodmans Point this morning (NW 20kts, southern beach, flat water

suckers), I diverted past the new Port Coogee development & marina. Not yet a marina, just the outer limestone seawall and notice all that flat smooth water on the inside and that uncle chop-chop on the outer.
Anyone reakon you could kite in there? Probably have to kite around into but there are still earthworks on the outer roads. Weekends best to ham it up [}:)]
