how do you combat it?
I've heard vasoline works but im yet to try it.

Only at the training kite stage atm... BUT, used to get majour 'nut rash' when runnin a lot. Wear those really tight lycra bicycle short things. whatever there called, they worked perfectly.. think you can get special running one to..

What are you wearing?? (That just sounds wrong!)

I'm a big believer in a pair of budgie smugglers underneath the wetty or boardies... not on their own!!

Zinc, vaseline or even sunblock works. But i would suggest getting a pair of boardies and sluggos that dont corrode your sack would be a better investment. You just gotta try a few out.

I'd be more interested in prevention than cure.

I get it when just wearing boardies all the time, have tried cotton undies under the boardies and under a wetsuit and still got it, havent tried budgie smugglers yet but can't see how that would work any different than the jocks.

Sluggos sometimes work because they stop ya sack slapping around.
The things I mentioned can be for prevention If its already rashed or before its been rashed.

Best prevention is vaseline. You will look a bit funny with ya hands down your pants with a tub of vase in ya hand at the beach though ahaha, most people will understand though. just dont look at any small children while your doing it.

If you're going to use vasoline I would recommend staying away from sand. Budgies are the go.

the type of boardies you wear has a big effect on this. I wear the old mystic ones with the extra lining ...this solved the problem for me. I bought a heap of them while they were still only around 35 bucks( pre lenton ) so i have enough to last the next 5 seasons at least.

I forgot to mention, if you are really having trouble, wearing silk boxers under your boardies plus vase will nearly completely stop it.

Dont complain that you dont get it.If ya feel like your missing out,get a bit of sand papper and rub the side of ya nuts with it till their red raw and bleeding.

Well if a hug dosnt work.Try this mix 1 cup of flour 1 teaspoon of honey and a bucket of soy sauce. Apply 3 times aday and if pain persists.Try cutting a hole in ya wetty. Good luck!!!
