Seriously though, if you didn't know about the kite zones at Mullas before you should by now so there should be no excuse.
You can still do downwinders but just keep out wide in front of the surf club and only land between the markers that mark the kite zone on the beach if you want to be able to keep kiting at Mullaloo.

Ok it was me. I was the kiter responsible and I don't care about ya stupid rules. I kite where and when I like. NOONE tells me what to do.

im a windsurfer stirring u up. You guys gotta relise posting of forums does nothing airrush man could be a foriegner who doesnt read english. If you have a problem go and say something then and there does alot more then wasting your time posting on these forums and it doesnt take it away from useful posts such as wave slaves
