can someone explain pigtail length for trailing edge and leading edge, how long they should be and how it works, and how much de-power is availble on set up and how much power for 13vII, 16vII & 19vII?

Power and depower? How long is a piece of string? Sounds like a PL geek out, take it to arc-users.

set your lines so that with the adjuster strap all the way out and the bar all the way down at the chicken loop the kite is at the point of stalling (most power). (and then imo shorten the front lines a cm or two)
