qld SE trade winds

Does the sunshine coast cop the winter SE trades?. I didn't think they made it that far south but looking at this weeks charts it seems I am mistaken.

What? We are still in the summer cyclone season - that is a cyclone sitting up there pushing in the SE's.

You are correct in that you won't get the SE trades south of Whitsundays generally.

these days we are lucky if we get tradies on the coast of towsville.

everywhere north of cape tribulation gets the SE trades for sure.. you can see the windline coming of cape trikb going out into the coral sea when flying over it.. its amazing

looks like we got first tradies this weekend
