don't come to perth . we have **** wind and **** conditions . If you do come please dont wear boardshorts over wetsuits, don't act like a tosser and talk to the locals on the beach and find out the do's and dont's

You guys obviously havent experienced a summer in Perth full of show pony euros hogging your local and desrespecting all the rules then leave at the end of season. Nice post Dusta im with you mate.

nothing over winter this year

i'll have to honest and say i've had more problems with aussies than euro's... perhaps some should lay off before they've even met the person

Stop telling people to come to WA! Our beaches are packed because of posts like this. Its mostly euros causing the greif giving kiting a bad name. If they want a holiday go up north or down south just get out of the city.

You two must have gone to 'special' school together. Sorry to burst your intelligence bubble Stinky but up North and down South are still WA. And if you ever go up North or down South, I hope they give you the same warm welcome you're giving ole mate Jerome. I can only gather you've never travelled further than your own back yard with your idiotic attitude to travellers. Just so you know, there's a whole world out there outside of this forum and I'd say that there's a fair chance that one or two travellers might just hear of Perth as a kiting destination even if I dont tell them to come to 'WA". Unbelievable.

Whatever. For your interest my Avatar was taken in Orlando. Have also been to Minnesota, Alabama, LA, Hong Kong, Bali, London, Scotland all of western Europe including Jeromes country, New Zealand twice and every capital in Aus but Adelaide. Not one of these places even compares to Perths laid back feel and fantastic weather. Seriously Stevo not all countrys are inviting as ours and i love culture. I said in a previous post that all are welcome for sure just keep it real and have a great time.

Oh dear, I guess you better come to the east coast Jerome. WA is awesome but weve got just as much water and goodtimes over here as well. Gold coast has 42 kms of sundrenched wavy goodness as well as some nice stretches of flat water if thats your thing.(did i mention some kick arse point breaks?)
You seem pretty cool, im sure the locals(if there is such a thing!) on the G.C will help ya out...

No Dusta, I'm definately not a Euro but I have travelled a lot, and was never much of a fan of ugly localism. It's just about putting the shoe on the other foot I guess. All the negativity on this forum just gets on my tits I spose because kiting makes me feel anything but negative.

Hi guys, thanks for your answers, don't worry dusta, i am used to respect rules and priorities on the water. In France there are a lot of restrictions in some places and i feel bad when i see guys who don t respect rules because people fight for the right of kitesurfing and a minority of guys destroy it.

I really enjoy to come back in Australie, i have already been in Queensland and it was awsome but not enought long. People were greatful and open minded.

I hope to come in Perth. I will inform you when i come, and i hope that i will be able to meet some of you to discover the country. I want to stay 6month or more.
