Looking at replacing the pulley's on my 08 Naish Cult's. The pulley's have a loop of line running through them and then looped to the kite. By the look's of it there is no way that you could feed the line and pulley back through the loop on the kite. What's the go' cut and the have to get new ones sewn,or am I missing something? Thanks in advance to anyone who has experienced this!

I have a 2008 Helix , 2mths ago I replaced the pulleys and bridle line that runs through this on both sides. Purchased the bridle line and pulleys through Neil from Barracouta Sails at Taren Point Sydney mob no 0419226289 .Pulleys were 10 bucks for 2 Ronstan ones. Only problem is that they didnt have the loop of line attached to them. I bought some 4mm spectra cord from sailmaker made same length as old ones and spliced the cord, hand sewed with polyester thread where the splice is. The old pulleys were difficult to get off,you have to move the spliced area towards the pulley and then the pulley will just squeeze through the loop. Would suggest to try and get some with the loop of rope attached.Hope this helps
