Hi everyone,
most of people are more organised than me and got their ride to Merimbula already firgured out... Not quite my case! (ooops :-) )
Happy to take my car but not sure I could handle the 7h drive on my own. Looking either for pals to fill-up my roll's royce (hm), or someone who's already going with his car and has a spare seat (and needs to share the petrol cost). The usual deal!
Let me know if some of you are in the same situation and we can figure something out.

got a fair bit of replies, thanks to everyone for contacting me.
my ride isn't sorted yet due to the fact that most of people plan on attending mambo by friday eve/saturday (work commitments), when I'd like to be there from the begining of the event (thursday 23d....).
Anyone who needs to share ride on the friday can reach me: I can put you in touch with the other people who've been contacting me for those dates.
I'm still looking for people willing to leave on the wednesday or early thursday.

how funny....
My car's brake left me down yesterday.... (just discovered a new adrenalin sport: brake failure in the middle of sydney CBD, awesome!)

My "dog" is at the repair shop and I don't think I will be in a position to rely on it to make 1200km!!!! Sharing the ride with me is off the plan (unless anyone's keen for a very extreme ride!)...
So now, I'm down to "I need a ride" full stop!!!
