Gotta love the great aussie sickie. Wind looked good,rang the boss,sooooo sick cant come to work,kited all day. Now i just have to explain why i got so sunburnt when i was in bed all day.Maybe have another sickie to let the sunburn clear abit. Good feeling haveing the beach to your self kiteing while everyone else is working.

Ha ha ha had that a couple of months ago... 3hr session and forgot the zinc and got toasted!! Big winds that arvo and my eyes were stinging so bad (see my other profile pics) even the next morning it looked like I had downed a huge scoob on the way to work also!!!

Yeah, well there's always the day your sitting at work, looking out the window, chomping at the bit to get out on the water cause you can see it's just magic on the river.
You bite the bullet, pull a sickie, get home, load the car, drive at break neck speed to your fave spot 45mins from home...and the wind dies on you....
