hey mate went to Aruba and Margarita a couple of years ago, the wind over there almost never stops. Up until lunchtime i was using a 12 then from about 1 till 5 it kicks in to about 30 knts and backs off again after 5 to about 20 knts till dark. Hate to dissapoint but aruba has only one good kite spot , Boca Grande on the south end of the island. Every where else is offshore gusty crap dont even bother.
