Most things in Australia come with a 12 month warranty, when it breaks from a manufacturing fault you should contact your supplier first.

I hope you spent the week out of the water doing something constructive, like learning to spell.

I understand your frustration mate... But these things do happen, your just lucky the company paid for it... I know at best we act realy fast on that stuff and I think pretty much all other major brands are on to it quick smart also these days...

Ok it took a week, however in that time, i'm guessing here... There could have been travel time and Neils time (which he's pretty much the master in the department)and travel time back to you and messing around with the warranty stuff...

Now if you'd walked into Neils shop on your own and asked him realy nicly he would have done it for you on the spot most likly and charged you next to nothing anyway... I never had to wait longer than a couple of days with Neil and that was for a majorly phucked up kite !

All in all your kites fixed and your on the water... merry x-mass

thats right, because when he's a teenager(not long away)the local boys will place him inside his extended kite bag, zip it up and hose him whilst saying "pull your head in grom".

but for now he's just a nice 'lil' kid.

Yeah Mitchell,

For your information, there's no I in TEAM and there's no X in Christmas.
