Im still fairly new to kiting and although I dont want to sound like a little whinger, the last few times I have come in after a reasonably lengthy session, my knees have been sore. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

I've suffered this also both from kiting and cycling which I do a lot of. The answer for me has been to do lots of stretching not only before and after kiting but any time you have a spare couple of minutes.

Check out http://www.centralcityphysio.com.au/Free_Advice/Knee_Pain/knee_pain.htm

and also

theres also a fluid in your joints that your body may not be manufacturing enough of.

theres dietary supplements that can help a little with this, i forget the name at the moment but it helped me a tonne when i was getting a sore elbow

I have serious knee issues that invoves my knees turning black from bruising after a serious session.....3-4 hrs. Other than that they are always sore, i think that strengthening your muscles will perhaps aid in preventing injuries. However am going to go get some advice and will keep you posted! Prevention is going to save heaps of hassles later, so may as well find out how to avoid it as best as possible. Dont know bout you guys but I want to be kiting for alot longer!!!!!
