I was down at dolls point sydney having an awesome afternoon kiteing, had enough and came in at about 4:30, packed up and jumped in the car. Not thinking, i had left my board right in the middle of the beach, i know i should take more care but lapses of concentration do happen.

Anyhow relising my mistake on the way home, i turned round and was back at Dolls with in a half hour from leaving unfortunately my board had already gone walkies. It seemed strange becasue there were still alot of people out kiteing with peoples gear still on the beach. This leads me to believe another kiter saw me leaveing without my board and quickly knicked it before i returned.

I have left a lost and found post but no ones come forward. Ive also contacted kitepower shop at dolls just in case someone honest had picked it up and handed it in.

Hey if anyone was down there that day and knows of someone who might have picked up a board thinking it was left behind let them know and contact me on 0418 461 562.There will be a carton of grog for who ever returns it.

Its a very distinctive board- its a black addiction kiteboard 04. Its a TT 135 had orange stickers on the top. It has only 3 fins all a different brand. Ive also sprayed 2 pics on the bottom, , with green spray paint. Plus it has a few dents from encounters with reef

Who evers got it you may as well give it back as its very distictive and i ride all over sydney, i will instantly recognise it.Hense if you sell it to another unsuspecting kiter it will eventually come back to you.

Im apologise but i cant help but look at this situation negatively, given the circumstances. So to all other kiters down there at Dolls be careful and watch your gear as it looks like there are thieves among us that dont give a **** about others people property. I hope a big dose of karma will eventually come and bite them on the arse. Although i have learned a lesson, be more careful with your gear..

Yep, its a sucky feeling thinking a fellow kiter may have screwed you over.
Put your name and phone number on your gear! least then you can be sure you've been done and there's not some little old lady with your board in her flat wondering how to get it back to you.
Good luck mate. Hope the smacky OD's

HAHAHA... You hit the nail on the head Dan. I rescued a dog once on the pacific highway down at St Lennords while waiting for a bus. I put my lunch, jumper and trading post down, the pricks stole my lunch and jumper but left the trading post! At least the dog survived, but ffs what kind of scum of the earth steals a jumper and some blokes lunch.

I second your comment by saying I hope ALL smackies OD.

p.s. good luck getting your board back!

I can agree with your "hard done by" feeling, I left my pump un attended for a about and hour while having a good session out at Dolls and on my return it was missing. Easy thing to accidentally take someone else’s pump as most of them look the same, but when you get home and see you have 2 pumps, please hand it back to Kitepower or post a topic in "lost and found" seabreeze.. It's so not cool to bum around for a pump on the beach, especially when you are hanging to get in the water..

Anyone found a yellow pump with the Cabrinha connector?

Cheers!
