Phuket will be a bit 'iffy' for sure... Hua Hin they say is good in Feb/Mar.

Hey Graceful,

Contact a mate of mine over there he owns www.kiteboardingasia.com you can email him at [email protected]

They have schools in Koh Samui, Phuket and HuaHin. They can tell you what it's like and what to bring. A really chilled crew.

Good winds,

I was on Coral Island, 5 mins off Phuket last year around april time and i got told there would be no wind so i didnt bother taking the gear but while i was there for 7 days they had 17 knots every morning till about 1pm.

Do yourself a favour and catch a flight of to Vietnam( Ho Chi Minh) and come to Mui Ne. Its the windest place in Asia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Plus some Aussie dudes have just started a kite travel company here, www.vietnamkitesurfingtours.com
which have some new epic spots flat waterand waves + nuking wind. I have been here for 2wks and have been having the time of my life.
