Tonga is a sleepy place, not really set up for tourism. No nightlife to speak of. Beaches were all rocky where I surfed. Personally I would go someplace else set up for kiting or sailboarding. The resort I stayed at was ****ty. Locals are awesome people though and fishing is great.
