I am visiting ocean grove and torqauy for xmas - can any locals tell me the usual downwind stretches that are good for wave riding
not interested in flat water location
any help appreciated

also what is the seabreeze location for wind forcasting

do yourself a favour and go see alex at stonka kiteboarding in torquay when you get there and he'll be able to point you in the right way he is the kiteboarding guru down that way. the shop is on the main drag with all the other surf shops cant miss it

Have done a few times .... really need a southerly or SE as the headland creates too much turbulance in a southwesterly. Not a bad spot with a nice bombie about 1km offshore for some decent pits..
