This remains a mystery to me. I have been flying this kite for about 6 months without any twists in any bladders. It's a one pump system with individual strut bladders. Yesterday when I pumped up I noticed that the centre strut bladder has twisted and won't hold its shape. Has this happened to anyone else and does anyone understand how this could happen?

Strange!

Maybe when you've rolled it up one day it twisted?
Never happened to me so im not really sure how it could happen, other then how you have rolled it up.

Or maybe you've had it laying out flat in the wind before pumping it up? could've happened then maybe.

My 16M Airush Lift twists both end strut bladders, without fail, after 4 or 5 flights. I take them out, straighten them up, put them back in with talc powder etc, but they *still* twist up again. I've given up trying to figure out why. I just resign myself to the fact that I have to keep taking them out and fixing them.

Try a different technique when folding/rolling. Used to have a kite that did this all the time and changed the roll to a fold...All fixed
