A lot of people taking kiting trips this winter and more planned for summer.
It is time for you in-the-know to update you local sites on kitebeaches site with up to-date rules and zones.
Myself, I will be heading to Perth for 10 days of bliss in Dec and don't want to cause any fuss with the locals by kiting in the wrong zone(if there is one). So if you know, then update them.
Also a lot of areas do not have any pictures, seems like some of the post demons on this site have plenty of free time to post a few pictures.

good idea... also note that Toby is in the process of integrating Kitebeaches with Google Earth - should be well worth a look!

from bein a surfer and now a keen kiter i wonder when overcrowding will encourage us to keep spots secret, allowing for the adventure of searching for a new spot to be more than typing wind direction and location into a computer. Just a thought!

Noticed that most sites still do not have any info on Rules or areas to avoid. Are all the beaches open to kiters is Perth area without restrictions?
