I'm in the market for my second kite and am in two minds about whice kite I should get. The two kite I am interested in are the 07 Vegas or Rebel, the type of riding I do is free riding and wake style any advice would be great. I curentley ride a cabrinha Co2.

Avoid the Revolver thread then...

Both are good kites, I personally loved my Vegas, although the 07 was a little tricky to relaunch (compared to the 06).

Rebel should give you more depower though, although the Vegas had ample.

coming from a CO2, then both those choices will feel great.

Just work out whether it's Free riding with wakestyle.
or Wakestyle with free riding.

The vegas would probably be the better of the two for unhooking.
You would have to trim the Rebel phenomenally before unhooking last year.

Hi Ben

I love my 07 10mtr Rebel, but as poor relative said you do have to trim them a lot to unhook. My advice would be to go to a shop and demo as many kites as you can and see what YOU like. It's all about you and what you want out of a kite TRY TRY TRY before you buy!
