depends on the size of the harness and your gut. try them both on the instore dummy bar and you'll soon know. Too small and you'll have pressure on your kidneys, too big and it wont sit on the curve of the harness well (gaps at the ends)
There might even be recomendations on the Dakine website.

Go and splurge on a new Hadlow Prolimit, you'll pick one up for under $200 and you wont look back.
Gotta have a good fitting comfortable harness..........

yeah i got a Prolimit for $189. feels great, has a good safety system and locking mechanism with quick release. plus it looks cool and the key pocket is handy too.

I DONT think u can beat the MYSTIC WARRIOR harness..
just upgraded from a dakine tabu and there is no comparsion..
the warrior comes with spreader bar pad, handle pass leash, kite knife, easy to get in and out..the best thing about i dont have to do up so tight, and the harness still dont move..So comfy on back and also drys heaps quicker than my dakine..

tried a whole bunch and then forked out the 240 for the mystic waist. Big difference to comfort and time spent on the water.
