Hey does anyone know where I can get hold of the water proof pouches and earphones for MP3 players ?

Any dive shop should have waterproof pouches or some of the outdoor adventure type shops also do them.

Not sure about the headphone though.

there is a camping shop opposite langtrees (most guys shud know where that is)
i got a pouch to put my fone n key in
u can get ones for mp3
mine was bout 20 buks
